Study abroad

Studying abroad is the act of a student pursuing educational opportunities in a country other than one's own. Studying abroad is one way to shape your life for a better future. Studying abroad is an eye opener to the world, but the education received outside the classroom walls. Some reasons for studying abroad can be for personal growth, career advancement, and as a hobby. Students who study abroad are benefited in many ways for their personal growth. Personal growth in language skills, intercultural differences, and living habits are some of them to look at. Students learn new languages, which can help them, better communicate with people in the country they are studying. Culture differences is another way students benefit by studying abroad. They learn about the culture and customs, get to know the true meaning of these cultures, which broadens their views. During their study period in a foreign country students have to change their living and eating habits. Staying in a dorm or with a family will be a complete unusual experience for them. In addition to staying, students have change their eating habits and adjust with the new taste of food. All these changes in a student’s life make them independent and a responsible person. 

Violence in video games

     Playing video games and watching television are the two most common forms of entertainment for children and teenagers. It’s not uncommon to find children spending a lot of time in front of either of these gadgets. It has been observed that most of video games are based on wars, combat, etc. Which depict violence of some kind or the other. Violence video games definitely have negative effect for children as well as adults users.  Psychological studies and observations have observed that when children are exposed to violence of any form, they too tend to get aggressive. Although this is a short-term aggression, it definitely affects the children personality and can lead to short temper and irritation. The children may also sometimes show the same violence and aggression in real life situations, which can be dangerous.

Television

        Television is one of the entertainment telecommunication and receiving moving images. Televisions have a many advantage and disadvantage. Not every people agree that television has had a tremendous influence on society. Some influences have been positive, but others have been negative. Television can be good. Educational channels are excellent. We can learn about education from television. They show a variety educational channel like Discovery channel and the National geographic. We can learn about animal, about what happened in the world, about science, etc. For example, in the National Geographic channel, we can learn about the world animal, forest or plant and the situation in the world. But, the television has been a negative ways. Television is destroying family life. Television can make students lazy to do anything or study, doesn’t have a family life, they just sit like robots, etc. 

The computer revolution

We live in the age of technology. Every day, new technology appears. Of all the new technological wonders, personal computers have probably had the greatest influence on daily lives of average people. Personal computers have especially revolutionized communication, business practices, and education in both positive and negative ways. The personal computer has born to expand our ability to communicate with the outside world. A single computer user can send e-mail message, personal business at home, chat room, pay bills, etc. The personal computer has change the world of education. Students can use the computer to learning, practice math, and create art on the computer. But, the personal computer have caused problem for society. People become isolated and lonely, and the children and teenagers can meet strangers through the internet who may be dangerous.

Mother and professional worker

Woman can be a good mother and professional worker at the same time. It seems that they can divide their times while they are taking care of their kids and while they are working. It is under control if they can manage they time between house’s job and her job in work. When they are working, they shouldn’t worry about their kids. And never mix up house’s problems with jobs. But some of the women couldn’t be a good mother and a professional worker at the same time. I have to say that wasn’t their fault. Because being a good mother is so tough.

Online and traditional learning

         Learning is important to our live. With learning, we can know about the knowledge in our earth, planet or our live. Learning has two ways that online learning and traditional learning. They have a similar and differences. We can learn or read the material with online or traditional learning. They not only have a similar, but have a differences too like with study online is not have to use much money, but study with traditional way we must use much money to buy a book. Study online not must fixed schedule like traditional ways. Example like we in university or school have a fixed schedule. In traditional ways, we must have book, but in online we no need books. There is a similar and differences about study online and traditional study.

Money is important

As a human, I need a lot of money to buy everything what I want. Some people always say that only people who earn a lot of money are successful, because with money we can buy everything we need. In my opinion, I agree with the statement, because every year the price always high, we can’t buy anything we need without money, and every year every facilities are more expensive. Money can make us happier in our future and for now. We can work to have money and saving it for the future and for our family. Because without money, we can’t buy anything we need and we want. Money is just a status symbol, and it makes us powerful.
